A motorcycle strapped wrong arrives with bent bars, blown fork seals, or a crushed fairing. Ours don't. Every City Towing driver runs the same procedure on every bike:
- Flatbed only. The deck comes down, the bike goes up on the level. We never use a hook, a dolly, or a two-wheel rig on a motorcycle.
- Front wheel in a chock, secured at the triple tree or handlebar with soft straps — the forks compress slightly and evenly, nothing more.
- Four-point tie-down around the perimeter with soft loops, plus extra at the rear for bikes with passenger pegs or bags. No ratchet hooks on painted surfaces.
- Loaded, not powered up the ramp. We walk or winch the bike on; nobody rides it up a wet steel deck.
- Tell us what you ride. Aftermarket bags, custom paint, a side-car, a trailer — say so on the call and we bring the extra padding and straps.

Harley, Indian, BMW, KTM, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, Triumph — and trikes and side-cars. If it has handlebars, we've moved one like it.
Territory
Barstow and every town around it, I-15 from Helendale north to the Nevada line, I-40 and Route 66 out to Ludlow, CA-58 and CA-247, and the OHV areas — Johnson Valley, Stoddard Wells, El Mirage, Rasor. Long-distance bike transport anywhere in California, Nevada or Arizona is a long-distance tow, quoted by the mile before we leave.
